For retail order we shill all order via bluedart air service & in case on service unavailablity we use another available courier service. And for Bulk order we ship as customer choice of courier partner selection at order time
How can i return my product
We only provide return & refund if you have received wrong, damage or defective product with in warranty time period.
What should i do if i have received damaged or wrong product
Whenever you receive you order please make sure you make a unboxing video of that package for any damage or wrong product claim. And reach our support team contact detail available on contact us page.

Our team processed your order on same or next business day based on your order time. And shipping transit time is approx 1-3 business day based on your location & shipping service availability.
How can i order any product
For sample quantity you can purchase through our website and for bulk query you can reach our sales tam on contact available at footer section & contact us page.
How can i pay for my order
We provide both Cod & prepaid payment using ubi bank transfer, debit card, credit card method for retail order on website. And for bulk order we only provide prepaid payment method. And for some specific place cod is not available due to shipping service unavailablity.

What can i do i received damaged product on arrival
When you receive your order please make its unboxing video for any claim of damage & missing item. And if you receive damage or less item count share that unboxing video with our support team on contact mention in footer section of our contact us page. What can i do if your product does not fit as per my need
To check this you can purchase a sample & test it & if that sample work then you can go for bulk purchase. We only provide return & refund only if there is any defect in our product.
