4. Shipping & Order Fulfillment
We take full responsibility for your order only if it is shipped to major cities via private courier companies (e.g., Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, etc.).
5. Product Pricing & Availability
Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of G-energy.
6. Order Cancellation & Return Policy
Orders placed on genergy.in cannot be cancelled. Returns and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
G-energy reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including incorrect pricing or stock issues. A full refund will be issued via NEFT within 2–4 business days, and the customer will be notified.
7. Delivery Errors by User
If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user (e.g., wrong address, recipient unavailable), any additional re-delivery charges will be borne by the user.
8. User Information
Users agree to provide accurate and genuine information. G-energy reserve the right to verify this information and may reject or suspend user access at any time if the details are found to be false or misleading.
9. Fraudulent Transactions
G-energy is not responsible for any fraudulent transactions made using credit cards or other payment methods. The responsibility lies solely with the user. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
10. Complaint Window
No complaints will be entertained after 15 days from the date of delivery.
11. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Punjab. However, all terms are additionally subject to Delhi jurisdiction where applicable.
12. Warranty Policy
We offer a limited warranty of up to 3 months on select products. The warranty duration and coverage depend on the specific item purchased.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
