Return, Refund & Warranty Policy – G Energy

At G Energy, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to deliver reliable products with dependable service. Please review our policy for returns, refunds, and warranty coverage.

1. Warranty Policy (Up to 3 Months Exchange)

Most G Energy products come with up to 3 months exchange warranty, starting from the invoice date.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Products will be replaced after verification by our technical team.

  • No warranty applies if the item is damaged, soldered, modified, or misused.

Warranty period and coverage may vary by product. Please refer to the product page or invoice for details.

2. Reporting Issues (Within 7 Days of Delivery)

To address issues like:

  • Shipping damage

  • Wrong item received

  • Missing parts

You must email us at info@genergy.in within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos or an unboxing video.

After verification, we’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) required for sending the item back.

3. Replacement & Refunds

  • Replacement is sent after we receive and verify the returned item.

  • Full refunds apply only to unused items with a confirmed manufacturing defect.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

To change or cancel your order, email us at info@genergy.in before it is processed.

  • Changes or cancellations are only possible if the order is in “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status.

  • A 2% cancellation fee may apply to cover payment gateway charges.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

5. Wrong or Damaged Delivery

Received a wrong or damaged product?

  • Record an unboxing video

  • Send it with your order details to info@genergy.in

Our team will respond within one business day and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Limitations of Liability

G Energy is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation or wiring

  • Incorrect power supply usage

  • Physical or electrical damage due to misuse

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct setup and safe handling.

7. Final Decision

G Energy reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty, refund, and replacement claims.
